The Unutility of a Parking Lot

The city boosters were like, we're never going to grow and become a new capital of the west. Uh, well, they had to move a couple of graveyards because they tore the hills down because that city water. And parking lots, as as my my strong towns, people say, parking lots do not provide jobs. Worn and weren't, didn't suck like most cities. Now it's a seven 11 chocolate chip cookies paved paradise and made a graveyard.
