We're trying to figure out t e predictability of the person. As long as we can predict their behaviour and just understand how they're gong to react in different situations, then we're good. I mean, even if ther reactions are not always the best reactions, we just need to know. And where we get very concerned is when we think that somebody project something that they just, frankly, aren't. We've had that happen before,. a sort of the situation post closhes expectations of what it means to be a good partner. A lot of these spellers that are the ant nurse and startef the business have never worked with anybody or for anybody in their entire life.
