It's less about interruptions. And it is more just about knowing, oh, i only have so many hours of writing in a day and only so many hours ofwriting in a week. By putting that down on the calendar, it can help constrain. Yey, there's many interesting projects you would like to work on, but you can't spread these hours over too many things or you can't always chase down the most exciting thing at this particular moment.
