CNN is launching a streaming news service, but it's already struggling to find subscribers. The network has spent $1 billion over four years on the project so far. CNN will offer 20 hours of live news per day and try out new personalities like scott galloway or anthony bodan. But critics say that won't be enough for people who want 24/7 coverage.
