If you want to mobilize people, they need to feel like they're invited to be part of the conversation. I think that if you're the mouthpiece for a smaller brand or an entity that has a legitimate place, I actually think that we're seeing some smart campaigns. It just doesn't resonate with me unless I see you behaving in a certain way. Some companies have started to appoint advocacy officers. That's really exciting.
