Gary: I feel like with those episodes, particularly, it felt like we were learning more from them. So having more guests, that means probably we'll reach out to more people outside or are you looking for people to volunteer? Gary: All the people that we talk to, I know personally and they really love chatting with them when we meet each other at conferences or after conferences or whatever. And they just thought that it would be nice to bring them on the podcast. Next year, we can do something else perhaps.
