The Pros and Cons of Pork Fraud
Pork Fraud is about the long term systematic industrial scale criminal, fraudulent practice that's been going on in British meat processing for at least 20 years. A major British food manufacturer has been passing off massive amounts of foreign pork as British. There are lots of whistle blowers that have come forward with tails and photographic evidence of meat being left to thaw on the floor of the factory. It highlights the fragility of our food supply systems because we are dependent on a very complex industry which isn't transparent.
