The Long Term Benefits of Intermittent Fasting

Clem: Calory restriction is almost certainly a good thing. The long term benefits of intermittent fasting do seem mostly net neutral to net positive. Fasting probably hurt your patients at the other day, so whatever method they can stick to to get their health where they wanted to be, we should encourage it. But word of caution. One fad diet we should try to discourage, and that's juicing.
