The End of the Scammy Era
The Dream Center, a faith-based nonprofit, bought up 31 Art Institute schools in early 2017. EDMC also laid off more than 300 employees and shut down 15 of their 52 Art Institute campuses. The school is closing 22 of its 26 Brown Mackey locations but plans to teach out current students at that point.
