Peter Pan: Businesses are now under understanding the value of design and they want their designers to be efficient. He says it's important that subscribers to the system internally understand how to use it, but equally as important that they understand that it is never done. Peter Pan: When you hire somebody new, they actually hired them on to the design system team. They had a, they treat it like a product. It has releases. It has release notes, you know, all of that. And they have a team maintaining it, cross discipline team.
