The best strategy is to look at your own life? What sucks in your own communities? It could be gender or race or ethnicity. For me, two activities that became or two groups that became very clear was I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which is a martial art like wrestling, but it finishes and submissions. And what's unique about me is I also fall into this category of woman. That makes me unique because Jiu Jitsu is probably 80 to 85% men.
