The Philosophy of Angelic Invocation
The movements are also related to magic squares and older forms of angelic invocation where you would sort of make a movement on a grid of letters to spell out the name of an angel or something like this. It's an attempt to go back to this like um letter mysticism in a certain sense except that now you do it through through the the movements and through your body but i think it is then designed to develop you in some way but by reconnecting you as well.
