How to Prepare for a Prolonged 21 Day Fast

Jesus focused a lot about motives concerning fasting, prayer or giving. Jesus rebuked giving when there's a wrong motive. Fasting is always done as a something that is we volunteer to do and not enforced by leaders. While leaders can invite you to fast, we can never make it a requirement for anyone. If somebody chooses to eat, that's their choice or if they choose not to fast.
