The Importance of Outsourcing in Advanced Packaging
Even a foundry like TSMC is now doing some of its own packaging. And I would say this is probably most critical in the memory space, particularly DRAM. So maybe that is a particular win if you first start with a micro-assembly and testing facility. But generally speaking, the assembly testing has just gone to locations where there's cheap labor.
