Burma - The Battle of Bhagawan
With this force he laid siege to the city of Thaton and after holding out for three months, the city capitulated. From there, Anarata absorbed a number of other coastal cities into what was now becoming a true empire. By this time the city of Bhagawan had earned itself the Sanskrit title, Arimadana Pura, or the city that tramples its enemies. Making his capital to these coastal cities meant that Bhagawan was now connected by sea routes to the great centers of culture in India and Sri Lanka.
