The Importance of Demographics in Israel's Future
The Israeli population has increased dramatically. If they are next to the West Bank, as the right-wears want to do, it means the Arab population goes to five million. So suddenly the Arab population is moving up towards the Jewish population. Israel's essential raison d'et after the Holocaust is to be a Jewish state. The only solution that preserves the integrity of the Jewish state is the two-state solution. But that's the solution that the right-wingers don't want.
