A new generation of phones is about to hit the streets and these handsets can send not only text but take and send pictures as well. Sending a picture will cost two or three times as much as an ordinary text message Not everyone's convinced it's the next big thing. Rory Kethlin Jones now explains why he doesn't think we'll all be using them soon. He says: "Picture texting needs a lot more network capacity"
