Like i was looking at prime farmland in illinois. You could buy the farm land and just sell off the road frontage the farm. If you're growing corn, cows, crops for food, they don't care if they have road frontage. So this way can actually fit in with ecological sustainability, at the same time also create financial independence for the person who knows how to do sure.
