How to Collect Data to Highlight the Successes of Learners
This year I did a PDSA inquiry cycle, a plan do study act cycle. And the first one was around neurodivergent learners and how they are experiencing learning specifically what is draining your academic and social battery. What I learned from these young people was that I needed to have a diversity of learning activities if not every day, definitely within the week.
