I was seeing a doctor at the time for just some health problems and he said, I really think you're taxing your adrenals too much. You need to give the running a break And I'm like, I don't I don't want to do that But I did and so it was at that time, but I really started doing the weights and I stopped running. Then I started doing a lot more weight training on my own In the time that I would have spent running. For about a year and a half maybe Ish um just doing the youtube videos had a couple of channels. Love it. We find that the recovery right the recovery versus the stress that you're placing on your body
