The Importance of Understanding the Differences in Missionaries

In America, Evangelicalism has primarily been a revival movement. It's about reaching people with some sense of God who are generally not very active in their faith. And then you have the people who are have no Christian background at all, who are atheistic. I think it's important to understand those differences to understand what we're doing as missionaries. If my job is to be on mission and I've got no one come everyone who's coming would just be at the PCH church if we weren't there. Then, then I'm kind of missing out on my job.
