The Story Brand Workshop
The first thing you need to think about is, what problem do you solve for your customer? This is the most important communication piece. When you stop talking about your customers problem, your customers lose interest because then they don't think the story is about them. The one thing i would say: focus on what problems are your customers experiencing that this product will solve! And if you can start there and put that in your marketing, then putting that over and over again, puts the story in the context of yourCustomer's story. Cause if you start out with you, the hero verses yourself, we've got a good shot at getting it right.
