The Perfect Antidote for a Two
When we talk about wings, what we mostly use them for is as you're saying, developmental opportunities. As a two, there are going to be times when it really helps me to lean into my three wing. When I can go to four and it's important for me to go to four first so that any change that I can do going to eight is more sustainable. And then when I go to eight, it's another kind of perfect antidote for me as a two in that I get more direct to can be very indirect.
