Donating to campaigns after they are over, e has free speech in order to pay interest on loans from the candidate to his own campaign as anend. You cannot cap that because it impacts the candidate's free the candidates,. you are so many layers of complete nonsense, deep that it's almost hard to articulate where exactly this goes wrong. I mean, this ship went wrong in the seventies. It took a hard turn when they said money is speech. And everything since then has been a house of cards.
