Is the List Making a Boundary?

LZ Granderson: List is a good way to put boundaries around your thoughts and go right. LZ: I'd never thought about it in that way, but I suppose now you've said it. And so for those, and I'm happy to move on from lists as and when we want or need to. So journaling has been a huge, a huge part of my well-being - which also helps me overcome burnout. If I'm in danger of coming close to saying burnout again, I would hope now that I wouldn't get to there because I'm self aware enough and I've changed enough to stop that from happening.
