The Benefits of Running Fasted Runs

For most runners, I think the benefit of a well fueled run is way outweighs any minimal benefit of running fasted. There is some interesting research on very high end runners who have maximized absolutely everything for their performance and they want to put in a couple of fasted long runs a month. That's a very different scenario to me than most people. Most people are going to get more fitness, more benefit from feeling a little bit before a run than a little bit of fat oxidation changes from running fasting. It just seems like the fasted runs is like, oh, you're going to get an extra like 0.2% improvement. Like you are not an Olympian fighting
