Justice thomas left the surp pool at some point and said that his clerks were going to read all the ser petitions. An interesting reason for that, by the way, is that the thomas clerks are not in the sert pool. So when you petition the supreme court to take your case, you're filing a petition for sir cherari. But i think that that's why you see justice thomas and i believe maybe corsich a writing more denials from sert discent because they're actually reading more of them.
