The Supreme Court's Guidelines for Investigation of Deaths in Police Encounters

Experts say that there is a need for a complete overhaul of the criminal justice system to rebuild its lost credibility and fast-break procedure. The Supreme Court has repeatedly condemned extrajudicial killings of alleged criminals by police officers.
