Azim Azar's new book is about the adoption of digital economies and societies in sub-Saharan Africa Southeast Asia. He looks at how these countries are going to be affected by climate change, migration pressures from Middle East and North Africa as well as other social issues. The author says he doesn't think they will catch up but that we may see new forms of organization and social structures that try and work around this.
