The new england patriots take time to teach their players how to communicate. The coaching staff at mount vernon didn't do very well in the first year of the season, but are looking back and trying to make it better next year. It's not just something you can tell and expect results in there. If we want people to develop skills around work ethic, or communication, or competitive fire, or just any skill in general, it's going to require time. We hear the patriots actually take time during the practice week to walk through their practiced ritual, or their half time rituals, and how they'll reflect on things. This is really profound.
