If you hadn't had that, where do you think you would be? adam thinks it's absolutely crucial to my, anyone's success. Having a menter there who's already been through all the upn dows is huge. And that's kind of why i offer mentorship programme as well - because i'e seen that there's a void here that's not being filled. I agree with you on that one. Not definitely. But if you do find a menter, you want to hold on to menter and stay as close as you can.
