How to Be a Tech Lead
I'm very bothered by the, I've been taking this example of saying that the tech lead has multiple people's skills and then the team lead has no tech skills. That's where the trouble arises, right? Yeah. But on some point then as a tech lead, at some point, I would look into the competences of the team. I would have to have the right people with the right competences. Hopefully, you'll see seniors as a tech leads in the future.
