Using Micro Brakes in Practice

Getting good sleep is an important factor in the consolidation of motor skills. This study suggests that integrating wakeful rest into our practice could be a really important factor to consider as well. There isn't enough research out there yet to know exactly what the optimal ratio or formula for rest and practice might be to maximized learning. But i do think it'uld be worth experimenting with tiny micro brakes throughout a practice, cession, between groups of practice repetitions.
