i've been having really substantial meals twice a day and having about 22 hours fastit. It's about 22 hours of time that my body is completely going into the fatid state. And so i'm getting all this time fasted during the day, but i'm eating two pretty sizable meals. But theyre ample. I mean, tons of protein, lots of healthy fats.I've actually been indulging a little bit more in healthy carbs while we're here. Not a ton, but, you know, i've been trying out some different things with luca,. Still keeping it qito and everything, but just trying out different ones.
