Is There Anything You Wish You'd Knew Before Moving Back to Academics?
i wish i would have realized how much i misse doing cases on my own. There's a different skill set in supervising somebody igt. You have to let them go far enough and do do a case as much as they can on their own, but understand when they get into danger,. When they get into trouble, and know when to intervene. And i can imagine it probably takes a long time to find the right balance there.
