How to Be a Better Pastor

In the past, I've done similar things with friends of mine. Oftentimes around Advent or Lent or Easter tide where there's like a setting in the church calendar when most Christians are looking or thinking about the same thing. So it's not cheating, but it's just like this wonderful kind of collaboration. The pastor is just anywhere. You don't have to have 14 other people to do this with. And then we can rally around each other and preach the word of God.
