How Do I Get My Four Structures?
For beginners it's usually quite straightforward because we're trying to cover the normal stuff at the start but you might be thinking well how do I know which ones to use? What I like to do is if you're teaching within a bigger school and you have particular units you need to go with or even there's a textbook that you're supposed to be using. Look at those and see what is it that the students need to master for that and they will be your structures. The whole idea is that we're Trying to give students the key structures to communicate and they can fill in the vocab later. We don't need to do verb tables and show them at the whole verb yet. We
