The Effects of Arm Straightening on Hypertrophy

The main benefit to the lint and partials seems to be distally, seems to occur in your diaphragm. So you're going to get more hypertrophy in the lower aspect of the bicep. There even is some evidence, particularly in the quads, that that is the case even more so.
