The Discovery Phase and Implementation

In a healthy process in a healthy setup you will start by understanding and deconstructing the problem so this is the discovery phase it's a phase of understanding. Once you decide on a solution you're iterate on that solution and explore different possibilities or multiple solutions choose the best one and so on. I don't see any fundamental stage actually skippable what what I think is capable or is adjustable or maybe the activities that are involved sounds like we really don't want to skip any stage but we might want to adjust the timing and the exercises we go through in every of those stages right?
