How to Deal With Injury Resilience in Your Athletes

I like to think that the load that I prescribe keeps them injury free. Anything outside of that, so if they're doing some kind of gym work for strength, making sure they're staying mobile and they're moving well. They're not running with any mechanical deficiencies or doing anything in their stride that's going to cause them injury. Then those are things we look for. If I'm there with them day to day or if I get a video of them running, then I'll be looking for things like that that we can tweak and work on  to try and keep those niggles or injuries at bay.
