"I work out literally four, and I forgot to say that. I do like five, at least four to five every week," he said. "It's very tough because I do a heavy lift for two hour and a half hours." He says his diet is always the same: Chicken rice broccoli steak, chicken,. or really my meats are chicken and steak. But that's it, tons of vegetables!"
