Every day, start your day by remembering something you've done that made life more wonderful. Write it down. Then do what we're going t give you a chance to practise to morrow,. To give gratitude to somebody else who had done something the previous day - however little or big. And come up with an creative way of doing it like giving yourself a flower and drawing a bud on it. It heightens ourc sness of this power we have to remind us of what is really fun.
