The Right to Marriage Matters for Same-Sex Couples

Dr. Prasad Raj Dhandekar and Al-Kadhupkar talk about why the right to marriage matters for same-sex couples. He explains difficulties that come with the absence of legal sanctity, why it is really just about letting people have a right that they deserve. Government also referred to future generations of same- sex couples saying that once we grant equal marriage rights to these couples, adoption and children raised by them will become another issue.
