The Importance of Empathy
There are limits to empathy and I make that clear in the book. If you just simply sit back and try and see their point of view and just sort of love them for whatever, you're going to probably be their victim at some point. So your ability to get inside the minds of other people is not only for the purposes of working better with your colleagues or your business partners or your intimate friends but it's also to be able to judge those who are destructive.
