What Are the Patterns That Set You Off?
You've got to figure out routines and structures that make sense for you. For some people, that will mean coming into the office two days a week. For others it might mean no days a week, or five days a year. You're right that there are people who can't come in because they're spread out all across the world. And so i think then you've got to really work hard as a manager to make sure that they're included. Are there patterns that were see, like i'm thinking about overwork. I'm noticing, and i'm sure you are too, that people are tending during the pandemic, to just work later.
