Using Discourse Particles in a Naturalistic Language
It's going to be a little mind breaking in any naturalistic language that's not your own to really, um, use discourse particles properly. In more than one language, not just ancient Greek, the particles accumulate in dantada, vodka, nagal position. So you might have interesting word order effects depending on what word order you've picked for your language. If you've got a non-configuration language, then all sorts of wackiness can follow.
