Flex Is the Next Big Thing in the Offshore Space

In late 2018, like that's when we work really starts ramping up, you've got COVID and then you've got the great tech layoffs that are happening right now. So you've got these two events where people really wanted to bail on leases and flex is around now. And I do think going forward a lot of business, they're going to say 'we're not going to get hung with these great 10 year leases anymore' The analogy I really think of is Amazon AWS. It's much easier today to be a tech startup because you don't need that upfront investment. You could raise less startup capital and end up owning a bigger chunk of your business as a founder.
