The President of the United Arab Emirates in the Middle East announced that he will pay Putin a friendly visit starting today. Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelensky has already held phone calls with the leaders of the US, France, Germany to get more military aid. He'll also address an emergency meeting of Western powers later today.
