How Do You Write Original Material?
This was the first time I sat down in an original script. It is a long digressive way of not answering your question, I suppose. When you write original material very much, people approach material in all kinds of different ways. In terms of executing that in a way of dramatizing that, that was something else. That was about proportion and about how far do you push something? Trying to find the simplest means of doing that. Then you don't have to start basing the bird with too many tricks and gimmicks. You try to stay out of the way.
