One Star Reviews Aren't Helpful at Selling Books

There can be really a safe way, i think, to go on that journey. And just realize, one stars aren't that helpful, but they are helpful at selling books. If you're getting one star reviews for your oven because it's melting when it goes past 450 degrees, you don't have a review problem, you have a product problem. That's wise counsel for somebody who's established with a well established brand. How do you help somebody whos more establishe, with their brand, growing home in their brand?
